  • Schools Outreach Coordinator

    The Schools Outreach Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with our key accounts while exploring, researching and building new sales leads across our various programmes. You will be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and facilitate incoming/outbound school outreach enquiries by phone, email, in person, ensuring the sales process runs seamlessly from inception to renewal.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a creative and ambitious cultural education charity and develop professionally in a supportive, dynamic outreach team. As an integral part of our sales team, you’ll be signing up new, lapsed and retention schools for these unique creative experiences across our creative portfolio.

  • Project Coordinator

    We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of an exciting new three-year programme funded by the Inner Circle Education Trust (ICET). Working in partnership with universities, theatres, Virtual Schools and specialist organisations, you will coordinate an ambitious programme that uses Shakespeare and the performing arts to support care-experienced young people to develop the confidence, skills and aspirations to progress into higher education and beyond.

    Alongside delivering this innovative project, you will help shape and grow our wider work with Virtual Schools, using learning from the programme to strengthen opportunities for care-experienced young people as part of the Opportunity Unlocked pillar of our 2030 Strategy.

    Coram Shakespeare Schools is based at the Coram Campus in central London. The role is hybrid, with regular travel across the UK required to support programme delivery and partnership development.

    About you

    We are looking for an organised, collaborative and solutions-focused individual with experience coordinating projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders. You will be equally comfortable building relationships, managing the logistics of high-quality programme delivery and supporting the development of new opportunities and partnerships.

    You’ll share our belief in the transformative power of the arts for young people and bring excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. You will join a creative and ambitious organisation where you can make a lasting impact while developing your skills as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
