Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation is looking for drama facilitators, actors, directors, and theatre makers from across the UK to deliver our work to thousands of young people across hundreds of schools.
Our programmes instil curiosity and empathy, aspiration and self-esteem, literacy and teamwork; giving young people from every community and background the confidence to stride onto whatever stage they choose.
We are looking for workshop facilitators and event leaders to deliver the Shakespeare Schools Festival, the world’s largest youth drama festival. Months of preparation culminate in exhilarating performance evenings in professional theatres nationwide; a night which can give confidence and self-esteem to last a lifetime.

Schools Manager
We are looking for a new Schools Manager to oversee CSSF‘s programme journeys, ensuring a high-quality experience for every school we work with and provide the chance to shine for children across the UK.
About You
You are an inspiring and engaging manager with experience of working with schools, managing people and building relationships with sector partners and stakeholders. You will combine excellent communication and organisation skills with creativity and innovation. You’ll identify with SSF’s mission and values and be able to advocate for the organisation to teachers, education leaders and partners. You will be flexible, organised and able to work under pressure with a variety of systems.
CSSF is based at the Coram Campus in central London and the Schools Manager will be will be required to travel to UK regions at certain times of year. You will join a creative and ambitious organisation and develop your leadership skills as part of a supportive, dynamic Management Team.
