With the decline of performing arts in schools, especially in disadvantaged areas, children are losing vital opportunities to build confidence, express themselves, and connect with their peers.
The gap in access to enriching experiences is growing, and wellbeing remains a major concern for children, parents and educators. Without inclusive at programmes at school, many young people, particularly those with SEND, miss out on the chance to collaborate, develop empathy, and thrive.

To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we heard from hundreds of alumni who had the chance to shine through our Theatre Festival. Their stories showcase the significant and diverse impact that performing Shakespeare has had on some of the more than 350,000 alumni of the programme.
